Natsuko Shouno works as a reporter for Weekly Hero and is Terryman's girlfriend. You'll recognize her instantly by the newsboy cap and camera she's practically glued to—they're part of her whole look.
She's got a definite tomboy vibe. Early on, she's rocking bellbottoms and a tank top, but switches to overalls and a sweater around the Choujin Olympics arc. What really stands out about her personality is how intensely possessive she gets over Terryman. She's not shy about confronting his female admirers (or even Nakano-san) if they get a little too friendly.
The anime really leans into their relationship more than the manga does. You see them on actual dates constantly, and she gets completely invested in his matches—basically the same energy Sayuri Kinniku brings to watching Kinnikuman fight.
