Renji Yomo serves as Yoshimura's right-hand man at Anteiku. He's best known for his distinctive long-beaked raven mask—fitting, given his scavenging habits earned him the nickname "Raven" among those who know him.
He goes way back with Uta and Itori, the three of them running together in the 4th ward during their younger days. Those days were rough; Yomo was hot-blooded and quick to violence back then, especially with Uta. He was consumed by hatred for Kishou Arima, who killed his sister, and that rage followed him for years. When facing Arima directly, he'd lose himself entirely, attacking blindly out of sheer vengeance.
Meeting Yoshimura changed him. He became composed, loyal, and willing to handle whatever behind-the-scenes work needed doing without question. Despite his cold exterior, there's genuine warmth underneath—he cares about his friends and coworkers, even if he doesn't show it obviously. His care for Loser especially stands out; he's surprisingly overprotective and invested in the creature, teaching it new words and calling it "Shooting Star Wing" based on how it looks.
As a funny side note, fans have picked up that Yomo is a lightweight when it comes to alcohol. Get a few drinks in him and he becomes a total chatterbox—a wild contrast to his usual quiet nature.
