Prince Baka
The first prince of planet Dogura—basically a genius with an IQ through the roof, but he uses that brain power almost exclusively to mess with people for kicks. His actual name is Baka Ki El Dogra, though nobody bothers with it; everyone just calls him Prince or Prince Baka. The nickname works on two levels since "baka-ouji" can mean either "Prince Baka" or "stupid prince," which fans find fitting given his personality.
He made a brief, uncredited appearance in Hunter x Hunter (2011) during episode 36, showing up to comment on an arena match. His voice actor went uncredited.
