Shuusei's the group's resident clown—he's constantly cracking jokes and poking fun at the people around him. Off the clock, he's basically glued to his portable gaming devices, which he'll happily lose hours to. But there's a noticeable shift when work kicks in; he drops the act and gets serious.
What grounds his personality is a real sense of resentment toward people who waste their freedom. He was cut off from society starting at age five, so he doesn't have much patience for those taking their place in the world for granted.
