Hotaru serves as Student Council President and has built a reputation around her exceptional physical abilities—she's got serious strength, quick reflexes, and a genuine commitment to justice. She's the type who won't let wrongdoing slide; fans often note her willingness to throw down when she thinks it's the right call. She once beat up a group of students shaking down a vulnerable classmate, and when she learned her best friend Kanae had been conned by a host, revenge became pretty important to her.
