Bra is Bulma and Vegeta's second child, born after her older brother Trunks. She's got blue hair in the anime version and purple in the manga—taking after her mom's signature look. Unlike her tomboyish cousin Pan, Bra leans into being feminine and tends to stick close to Bulma rather than pursuing martial arts. Her dad doesn't push her to train the way he does with Trunks, but they're genuinely close. Dragon Ball GT makes this clear, showing Vegeta being surprisingly protective of her on several occasions.
During the Baby Saga, Bra gets possessed along with everyone else and becomes one of four characters who help boost Baby's power. After that arc, though, her importance drops off significantly. She's not really a fighter—fans often joke that she'd pick shopping over training any day—and she's never actually been shown in real combat, aside from when Baby was controlling her. That said, she can fly using her ki when she needs to.
