Petty Officer Shine is a bulky Marine officer serving under Captain Hina, where he ranks among her senior staff. He's instantly recognizable by his sunglasses and his admittedly weird goatee. Fans mostly remember him for being the one who catches Fullbody and Jango in the middle of their ridiculous dance routine—you know, the one they were doing to try and impress Hina. His name was officially confirmed in Grand Data File: Blue.
