An old acquaintance of 008 who was forcibly converted into a Cyborg by Black Ghost. Unlike some of the other cyborgs who eventually break free or develop doubts, he stays loyal to the organization—whether by choice or conditioning isn't entirely clear. 008 tries to talk him down, but he won't listen. In the end, he's shot, presumably by forces working against Black Ghost or during a conflict 008 is caught in. His unwavering allegiance to Black Ghost, even when faced with his old friend, makes him one of the more tragic figures among the cyborgs who never get a chance at redemption.
