Kei Sha serves as an Instinctual Type General in Zhao's military and is best known as Ri Boku's trusted right-hand man and former student. During King Tou Jou's rule, he was one of Zhao's most pivotal commanders—so highly regarded, in fact, that many considered him the closest candidate to claim the final seat among the Three Great Heavens.
