Jakotsu-Babaa
Jakotsu-Babaa, whose name literally translates to "Snake Bone Hag," is better known simply as Obaba (the Old Woman) in Gegege no Kitarou. She's a youkai witch who runs with Nurarihyon's crew of troublemaking supernatural beings.
