Itaru is a member of the Spring Troupe. By day, he's basically the ideal coworker—polished, considerate, and genuinely well-liked at his trading company. Everyone treats him like he walked out of a shoujo manga. But the moment work ends, that whole persona gets shelved.
His real self is a hardcore gamer and self-proclaimed otaku who doesn't bother with the niceties. Gaming is expensive, and it's honestly the only thing that keeps him motivated at work. He joined Mankai when Izumi found him checking the bulletin board on Velvet Way, actively hunting for a cheaper place to live so he could redirect more cash toward his hobby. The selling point? His own private room where nobody could interrupt his gaming sessions. Izumi sealed the deal, and he agreed on the spot.
At work, Itaru maintains distance and keeps his private life locked down tight—partly because he genuinely cares about people, but mostly because that whole "charming professional guy" thing is basically an act. The real Itaru is lazier, more competitive, and not shy about dropping curses when he's deep in a game.
