Mez is one of the Four Kouken Temple Rakshasa demons—basically the Prime Minister's personal execution squad. She shares the typical Rakshasa abilities, most notably body manipulation: she can stretch her limbs, extend her fingers, control her sweat production, that kind of thing.
What stands out about her personality is how laid-back she stays, even when things get violent. She's hard to rattle. She was genuinely impressed when one of her teammates went down, but seemed underwhelmed by how quickly Rabac died—she expected more of a fight. The casual attitude carries over to everything: she'll flirt back with Rabac, crack jokes, all while her life's on the line. Death, whether dealing it or facing it, doesn't faze her much. She's pretty matter-of-fact about it being part of the job for an assassin.
