Toma E. Fiore
Toma E. Fiore is the king of the Kingdom of Fiore. He's a short guy who dresses in striped overalls with a belt, usually covered by a cape.
Not much is really known about what he's like as a person, but it's clear he gets a kick out of watching good fights. He's got a pretty childish side too—he actually complained to Arcadios about not having Erza fight Bacchus, which kind of says it all.
