Captain Gorilla is a Marine officer who got sent to investigate the disaster at Barujimoa—which Franky accidentally caused. Yeah, his name's pretty literal: his face genuinely looks like a gorilla's. He's got these wild, hairy sideburns and a notably large nose that really drives the resemblance home. The standard Marine cap on his head doesn't do much to change that.
Since he was heading to a freezing island, he dressed for the occasion—a fur-lined cape bearing the Marine emblem, epaulets, and what appears to be a long coat with pockets. He carries a flintlock rifle on his back.
