Takahiro
Takahiro grows up living with his grandparents—he's the grandson of Ojisan. At nine years old, he crosses paths with Alpha, who immediately bonds with him like he's her little brother. He's notably the first person in the series to encounter the Misago.
As a kid, Takahiro develops an obsession with engines and how they work. By his mid-teens, this passion pulls him away from home to apprentice under Nai, chasing the kind of technical work that fascinates him.
