One of the 300 forwards selected for the Blue Lock Project, Otoya quickly made his mark and climbed to #4 in the rankings—a serious achievement given the talent pool. He's best known for his versatility on the field. Though he originally trained as a winger, he shifted to playing sideback for the Blue Lock Eleven during their match against Japan's U-20 team, showing his adaptability as a player.
