Ruggie Bucchi is a second-year in Savanaclaw who basically works as Leona's right hand. He's known for being a bit of a glutton—something he attributes to growing up without much money—and he's usually the one stuck doing Leona's dirty work, whether that's fetching food like Menchi katsu sandwiches or sabotaging competitors before the Magical Shift Tournament.
What's interesting is that both Ruggie and Leona have admitted they're genuinely intimidated by the women of the Afterglow Savanna. They're physically stronger and far more willful than the guys, and neither of them tries to hide that fact.
His unique magic, "Laugh With Me!", lets him control how other people move by mirroring his own actions. It's a pretty useful ability for someone in his position.
