The Wobbuffet Festival crashers are a trio of troublemakers who showed up in "Wobbu-Palooza!" (EP175). They go by Tsuyoshi, Tetsuya, and Hisashi in the original Japanese, though English dub viewers on Prime Video know them as Pretty Boy, Greaser, and Red Spikes.
These guys are all about Fighting-type Pokémon, and they've got a real problem with Wobbuffet Village. A year before the festival, they'd already terrorized the place once, using their Pokémon to rough up the locals and get stronger. That time around, Lulu and her Wobbuffet managed to drive them off. But they came back during the Wobbuffet Festival for round two, attacking innocent Wobbuffet left and right. Despite the festival's no-battling rule, Ash and his friends—with some surprisingly helpful backup from Team Rocket—forced them out again.
There's something oddly fitting about each of them: they kind of look like the Pokémon they use. One guy's got rounded hair that matches his Hitmonlee, for instance. It's one of those little character design touches that makes them stick in people's heads.
