Second-in-command of Hyoh's forces, Nagato stands out as one of the rare Shura warriors who hasn't completely lost his humanity. He and his four subordinates represent some of the last vestiges of compassion in a land dominated by brutal fighters. Nagato genuinely cared for Hyoh—almost like a brother—and held onto hope that his leader would eventually rise up against Kaioh and break the tyrannical grip the dictator had on the Kingdom of Shura.
