One of Isola's Wizards, Meivelle was pulled from a sinking warship early in the conflict. She's widely regarded as a genius when it comes to electrical warfare tactics, and she's earned 4 Celeb-icons for her abilities.
Like Sarah, Meivelle works alongside Toga as her partner. She's also made an appearance in Zegapain XOR.
Isola has mentioned that Meivelle misses Shizuno, and she extends an invitation for Shizuno to visit the Dvaraka once the fighting dies down—something Meivelle would apparently appreciate.
