Hinata's the middle sister of three and still in middle school. She's known for sleeping in way too late—like, right up until she has to get up—but she's gotten pretty good at making bentos for herself anyway. She calls Rei "Rei-chan" and, like her older sister Akari, genuinely enjoys looking after her youngest sibling. Fans often note her strong loyalty to the people close to her, both family and friends.
