Wisely
The 5th disciple of the Noah Family, embodying Noah's "Wisdom," Wisely wields a peculiar and unsettling ability—he can manipulate minds and read deep into people's thoughts using his five eyes. He's essentially trapped in the reincarnated body of a London beggar, which makes for an awkward contrast given his actual role and power.
What's interesting about Wisely is that he's one of only three beings who actually remembers what happened with the 14th Noah thirty-five years back. Only Road and the Earl share this knowledge with him, which puts him in a strange position within the Noah hierarchy. He carries that history alone in a way most others simply can't.
