Veofum (Japanese: Beoram) is a one-off character from The Legend of X, Y, and Z!
A power-hungry king who thought he could exploit Xerneas to save his kingdom, Veofum instead brought it to ruin—the plants withered, Pokémon died, and everything fell apart. Rather than accept blame, he decided to burn Xerneas itself. When Jan showed up to stop him, Veofum had her removed by force. That's when Zygarde appeared and basically ended the whole situation, using Land's Wrath to level the kingdom and everyone in it. Veofum's greed cost him everything.
