Tom was a long-horned cowfish Fishman and widely considered the world's greatest shipwright. He's best known for training two major figures: Iceburg, who eventually ran the Galley-La Company, and Franky, who later joined the Straw Hat crew as their shipwright. His reputation in shipbuilding was essentially unmatched during his time.
