A former Canadian Special Forces operative and notably the only female member of her group—aside from Iron Maiden Jeanne. She's known for being tougher than she lets on; in the anime, she shows a softer side when she returns Morphine to Lyserg, hoping to pull him away from the X-Laws before Hao destroys them all. The manga takes a darker turn with her character, making her the first member of Team X-III to fall to Hao.
She carries Gabriel inside a Luger P08 pistol. Her name draws inspiration from "Mine" cigarettes and author Lucy Maud Montgomery.
