Cikinaro is a shady merchant who has a knack for showing up exactly when you need him—though nobody's quite sure how he manages it. He first enters the story as a spy working for Benawi, sent to infiltrate the rebellion's headquarters. But he's not exactly a one-trick character; he later becomes useful to Hakuoro by tracking down the ingredients needed for explosives to defend against Shikerpecim's attack. He's also the guy responsible for getting Karura her distinctive sword and finding Aruruw's pet Gacatar.
His defining trait is his catchphrase "Yesserie!!!" which he tosses around constantly, and he always wraps up deals the same way: "And thank you for your continued patronage." It fits the type—there's something deliberately shifty about him, which the character design nails with his perpetually squinted eyes.
