Genos' Doctor
A talented cyborg engineer who became Genos' mentor and benefactor. He was already hunting the cyborg responsible for destroying Genos' hometown when the desperate kid showed up. After Genos begged him to turn him into a cyborg—promising he'd get revenge on the one who destroyed everything—the doctor took him on and has been upgrading and maintaining him ever since.
