The Breathing Tulip
A young girl encounters an elderly man during her time playing in the park—someone she notices is there almost every day. She watches him as he paints the artificial tulips scattered throughout the garden, absorbed in his work. One day, he shares something that catches her attention: he's found a real tulip growing right there among all the fake ones, hidden in plain sight. It's actually alive and breathing, he tells her.
