A thirteen-year-old middle schooler living in Ogikubo with her father, she's the protagonist of the story. All she's ever wanted is a normal life—which is pretty ironic given where she lives. Everything changes when her dad accidentally freezes himself solid and shatters into pieces. Stuck with no other option, she hauls him to his workplace, and that's when things really spiral: she gets voluntold into a job as a space officer, which is basically the opposite of the normal life she's been desperately chasing.
