Katsuhira's Chemistry Teacher
A laid-back instructor for Class 2-A who basically couldn't care less about anything work-related. He's the type to phone it in—minimal effort, maximum apathy when it comes to his students' personal lives or whatever drama they've got going on. His real passions? Cheap food and Bishoujo games, pretty much in that order. Beyond that, he's honestly just killing time until the day ends.
That said, he's not mean-spirited about it. He actually enjoys messing with his students, teasing them in that lighthearted way that doesn't quite cross the line into being a real problem. It's just another way to kill boredom during class.
