Kou-Guy shows up as a minor antagonist in Jujutsu Kaisen. He's a grade 2 cursed spirit that basically manifested from people's collective hatred toward grasshopper plagues—which, honestly, makes sense as a concept. Yuuji runs into him while exploring B2F of Meiji-Jingumae Station, where Kou-Guy was posted up guarding some kind of commissioned curtain. Nothing particularly elaborate about his role, but he serves his purpose in the story.
