Link works as a special inspector at Headquarters, though he essentially functions as Lvellie's administrative assistant. He's tasked with keeping Allen under constant surveillance—which means literally following him around and living with him. Despite not being an Exorcist himself, Lvellie has vouched for his physical competence, and he carries a switchblade hidden under his left sleeve as backup.
He's recognizable by his light-colored hair, styled short in front with a long braid down the back, plus two distinctive dot markings on his forehead. The meaning behind those dots remains unclear, though Lavi certainly finds them funny—he won't stop calling Link "two-pimple," much to Link's annoyance.
Away from surveillance duties, Link's a baker. He's passionate about cakes and pies, and has made pumpkin pie from scratch for Allen. He's proven useful in a pinch too, helping Allen survive an encounter with a Level 4 Akuma.
There's more to him than meets the eye, though. Link is apparently part of the Black Order's "crow" network. It's unclear whether Lvellie has him investigating the 14th or something else entirely, but whatever it is, Link seems to be keeping it under wraps.
