Word is she's Kurosu Ex's sister, though nobody's entirely sure about her real identity. Her whole deal seems to be warning Nine that the Kurosu family is basically threatening to destroy X City's professional blading scene, but honestly, it's unclear what Nine's actually after.
She knows her way around Cross Corporation's tech pretty well and is a legit Beycrafter too. So she's got the skills and the knowledge to back up whatever she's doing.
