Tsume Inuzuka is best known as Kiba's mom and Hana's mother. Like all members of the Inuzuka Clan, she's got the standard toolkit—animal communication, combat instincts, and a close bond with her ninja dog companion, Kuromaru. The two fight as a unit, which is pretty much the clan's whole thing.
As a Tokubetsu Jonin, she's clearly a serious fighter, though the series never really spells out her exact jutsu arsenal. She can pull off the Dual Piercing Fang technique alongside Kuromaru and probably has other clan combos up her sleeve, but that stuff stays mostly in the background. Fans often note that despite being a side character, she carries herself with the kind of authority you'd expect from someone of her rank.
