Yasu Tomohiro got pulled into this whole hero thing when Goddess Vicius summoned him to fight the Great Demon Emperor. He'd been bullied pretty badly before that, so when he suddenly became an A-Class Hero, it went to his head. He got arrogant, petty, and ended up forming his own group that he ran like he owned the place.
That attitude didn't last, though. The Anti-Demon White Castle Battle and the war against The Country at the End of the World really took it out of him—knocked some sense back into him, basically. He came out of those conflicts humbled and decided to leave the whole hero hierarchy thing behind, choosing to wander instead.
