A mysterious mountain biker who became pivotal in Sakamichi Onoda's introduction to competitive cycling. Kiji first crossed paths with Onoda on the old mountain road at Minegayama, where he was riding his mountain bike. He's a two-time Cross Country champion—a serious competitor despite his laid-back demeanor.
