Gotou serves as a member of the Kakushi, the Demon Slayer Corps' clean-up unit. The Kakushi handle the unglamorous but essential work that keeps the organization running—disposing of demon remains, collecting supplies, and handling logistics that the actual swordsmen never have to think about.
