Lemmings (aka Nezu) is a hitman and one of the top operatives working for Takeru Shinoyama's Dragon King's Palace Agency. To most people in Shinjuku, he's basically a ghost story—but Comps-3 knows better. The organization has solid evidence tying him to multiple murders and is actively hunting him down.
For a long time, Lemmings carried the weight of his victims with him literally—their souls clung to him, a constant haunting. That changed during the assault on Youtoukorou, when the Corpse God drained most or all of those souls to fuel his own magic. Anyone with an Evil Eye could've seen what had happened to them in the process: the souls had been twisted and corrupted by the intense fear and hatred they held toward their killer.
