Testarossa (also called Blanc, meaning "Primordial of White") is one of the Primordials who ended up joining Tempest after Diablo brought her in. She's most notorious for triggering the "Lake Shore Dyed Scarlet Incident"—basically the event that made everyone remember her name for all the wrong reasons.
