Nasiens is a member of the Percival Platoon, where he's earned the nickname "The Mad Herbalist." His whole thing is this wild ability called Mix Venom—he can swallow basically any poison or toxic substance, break it down inside his body, and then either recreate it or whip up an antidote on the spot. He mostly uses this in combat, though he's also handy with a shortsword and dagger he calls Belladonna and Henbane.
His adoptive grandfather Ordo basically shaped who he is, drilling into him a serious passion for herbology and chemistry. Ordo clearly wanted him to be knowledgeable about everything. When Ordo died, though, Nasiens pretty much cut himself off from everyone else. He's never been great at showing how he actually feels, but joining the Percival Platoon has been changing that—Percival became his first real friend, and it's slowly helping him open up.
