Synopsis

Percival has spent his whole life with his grandfather on God's Finger, an isolated mountaintop above the clouds. He's content with his quiet existence, but deep down he craves something more—adventure, the unknown, anything beyond what he knows. That changes the day a stranger arrives and shatters his entire world. Worse, this person is somehow connected to him in a way he never expected. With nothing left to lose, Percival leaves home to track down whoever destroyed everything. Out in the real world for the first time, he quickly realizes how much he doesn't know about how people actually live. He makes friends who help him navigate this new life, but there's a problem: they have no idea about Percival's true destiny—or that it might be tied to the end of the world itself.
