"Chisami is Shougo's cute, angel/devil little sister, who Kiri indifferently 'saves' one day when her hair was tangled in a bush. Because of this, Chisami seems to think that Kiri is her Prince Charming (as she thought Kiri was a boy). She later finds out that Kiri is a girl, but she still admires her and refers to her as Prince-sama. She and Iori always fight over Kiri; Iori as his 'darling and friend', and Chisami as her 'Prince Charming'."
Chisami has an overwhelming passion for fashion as well as having a knack for sewing and clothing care. Never seen in anything less than stylish, though her tastes are often seen as over the top and gaudy by the rest of the main cast. Just like her older brother, her cute and put together looks often attract a lot of attention, much to the dismay of the other girls in her grade. She occasionally becomes the target for bullying by the other girls when boys pay Chisami too much attention. However, in true Narumi family fashion, her overflowing self confidence shields her from truly being bothered by the words and actions of her classmates. Chisami may tease them by challenging them to make themselves cuter than her if her existence really bothers them so much.
