He's best known for the Hell Bird perched on his head—a companion that can shapeshift to mimic his appearance—and his ability to render himself invisible through camouflage.
By the time he faces Kinnikuman, he's burned out on life as a standard Soldier Choujin and sees this match as his shot at getting noticed by the Evil Gods. That ambition doesn't pan out though. Kinnikuman ends the fight with the Kinniku Driver, sending him packing before he can make any real waves.
