The Black Lady
The Black Lady got her Adolla Burst when the Great Cataclysm went down—specifically after the Evangelist's Infernal Bug bit her. She made her way to the Chinese peninsula through a Tear in Space, and once there, she did some pretty major stuff: she gave the local animals both intelligence and immortality, which is wild. On top of that, she fixed up the Tabernacle and basically made the Oasis livable in the process.
