Teapackman is a tea-themed Seigi Choujin—literally designed around a teacup and tea bag. His whole gimmick revolves around using his tea bag as a weapon to pummel opponents, which is exactly as goofy as it sounds.
He first showed up during the 21st Choujin Olympics: The Big Fight tournament, where he got knocked out in the first round by Warsman. Not exactly a memorable debut. Later on in Kinnikuman Nisei, he bounced back as an instructor at the Hercules Factory, which is a pretty solid career move for a tea-based fighter.
