Miyuki is a second-year student who recently transferred to Nanairogaoka Public Middle School's Class 2. She's basically your typical cheerful, optimistic lead Cure—though she's also kind of a klutz. Her thing is books, especially fairy tales, and she's pretty open about crushing on fictional characters. Her catchphrase is "Ultra Happy!"
Her powers as Cure Happy kicked in when she was protecting Candy from Wolfrun. In this form, her dark magenta hair lightens up and her pigtails get longer, with magenta as her overall theme color. She can manipulate light energy and has better jumping ability than the other Cures, which sets her apart a bit. Her transformation introduction is "Twinkling, shining, light of the future! Cure Happy!" (キラキラ輝く未来の光！キュアハッピー！).
