Igaram is the captain of the royal guards under Princess Vivi, making him Chaka and Pell's commanding officer. He's best known for his unconventional fighting style—he wields a saxophone that fires bullets, and keeps small guns hidden in his hair that activate when he tugs his neck tie.
When he and Vivi decided to infiltrate Baroque Works from the inside, they managed to climb the ranks as Frontier Agents, hoping to uncover the organization's true leadership and plans. Most agents knew him only by his codename, Mr. 8, until his cover got blown. He initially introduced himself as Igarappoi when the crew first ran into him at Whiskey Peak.
