General Budou is best known as a no-nonsense military man who's basically lived on the battlefield. Years of combat and brutal training have hardened him into the soldier he is today. Coming from a prestigious military family, he's deeply invested in his own honor and the empire's reputation—which sets him apart from a lot of his peers who are content playing politics with the Prime Minister. Budou? He can't stand the guy. He's made it pretty clear that once the rebellion is dealt with, he plans to settle accounts with everyone responsible for destabilizing the country.
He wields a teigu called Adrammelech, though its actual capabilities remain a mystery.
