Hokusai Azuma
Also known as: The Professor
Hokusai Azuma—most people just call him The Professor—is Kyoutarou's adoptive father and Minami's dad. He runs the terror organization responsible for releasing those glowing fish into the wild, and he's basically the main villain of the series's opening arc.
His ESP abilities are pretty wild: he can generate all kinds of illusions. It's his go-to power throughout the story.
