Tasuku Ryuenji
Tasuku is a 7th grader at Aibo Academy and one of the main characters in the Future Card Buddyfight anime. He's best known for being a member of the Buddy Police, an organization dedicated to stopping people who misuse the otherworldly powers of monsters. His buddy is Jackknife Dragon, and together they use their buddy skill, Sky Circle, to take flight during battles. His personal core gadget is the Star Pulser.
As part of his Buddy Police duties, Tasuku hands out Core Deck Cases to people who manage to draw Buddy Rares—a key part of becoming a legitimate buddyfighter. Early in the series, he tracks down Gao Mikado and quickly identifies him as a genuine buddyfighter after witnessing him pull a Buddy Rare. This leads to Gao challenging Tasuku to a Buddyfight.
